The School runs Sacramental units of work in unison with the Parish Sacramental programs.  Children who are baptised Catholics generally receive the Sacraments as follows:-           

• Reconciliation (Confession) - Year 3
• Eucharist (Communion) - Year 4
• Confirmation - Year 6

Parent meetings and parent/child workshops are held throughout the year.  These aim to inform parents about the Sacraments and how parents can assist their child to receive and celebrate them.  Children are provided with regular opportunities to attend Reconciliation and Eucharist  celebrations during school hours throughout the year.  If you would like to know more about these programs please contact the Principal or Parish Priest.

Mass

Each year level has responsibility for organising Mass approximately once each term throughout the year.  Mass is scheduled for 9.10am on Fridays in the church. Each class will have a Mass in their room once a term on a Thursday at 11.45am. We hope you can be present at these times as a means of showing your child your support of and commitment to the ethos of our Catholic school and our Catholic faith.  You are always welcome, regardless of your faith background, and will be notified of the timetable through the school newsletter.

There are two whole school Masses each term. A children’s liturgy group is responsible for organising these and the school choir sings at these Masses.
