Access and Custody

There are times when there is conflict over access to and custody of children.  If this affects your family please provide the Principal with the original Court or Intervention Order so that a copy can be taken, produced and acted on should the need arise during school hours.

The school cannot act on a verbal request from a parent or guardian in regards to access or custody.  It is important that you make your needs clear to the Principal so as to ensure the safety and well-being of your child whilst in the school’s care.
